We train athletes here at Project Deliverance. Usually the trainees need to be at our location to train. However, with the rate the information is shared over the internet, this provides us with a unique opportunity to be able to train athletes around the world. We offer monthly tailored training plans and on-demand coaching support. Results of each program are dependant on the athlete's diet, recovery habits, lifestyle, phase of annual cycling, and existing base of fitness. Results are also heavily dependant on the athlete's work ethic and adherance to the program. Eventually, we may post tailored diet plans as well. For now, we will start with monthly training plans and move on from there. Before a training plan is purchased, contact us with your personal goals as well as information on your height, weight, age, occupation or sport, and available equipment. This will help us better design a program to meet your needs.
What it is:
A month long training program tailored to the athlete's individual needs. Nutritional plans are also provided upon request. On-demand coaching support is also provided upon purchase of our services.
Our fee is $50 per month.
