This Training Cycle builds on the 4 Week Pre Camp DB & KB Cycle. It features more variation, built in days for Sport Specific Work (BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing, and Wrestling) as well as sparring on the weekends. You’ll find more complexity in this program as it builds on the previous four weeks in the Pre Camp Cycle. If you can’t train with me physically at the gym, this is an excellent option that combines some of the best of our training concepts alongside the simplicity of only needing access to some basic dumbbells and kettlebells. Base Aerobic Work to help manage weight and body composition is also built into the training.
