This is our very first “Add On” or “Booster” training plan designed to specifically target lifts and the supporting muscle groups. We recognize that it may be challenging to begin and commit to an entirely new training plan, so we designed this booster as an easy add on to your current training plan. The add on is written and designed to be executed 3x / week, but it can be easily modified to 2x / week and run in sequence from start to finish for the entire Six Week Block. We included plenty of variation to kickstart personal bests and muscle growth to shore up the chest, upper back, and torso. We’ve used these same concepts for years at Project Deliverance and condensed them down into a six week block that honestly, looks like a hell of a lot of fun.
