


EMOM / Strength Hybrid
This particular training plan runs for 4 Weeks and is tailor made for the athlete who has very limited time to train each day, hence the Every Minute on the Minute structure.
Each week, the training plan features one high intensity lower body session, one high intensity upper body session, two timed EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute) sessions, one focused cardiovascular day capped at 30 total minutes, and one longer 90 minute strength session for a day on the weekend when there may be more available time to train.
These days, everyone is busy and time is very valuable. This training structure allows for plenty of training volume and intensity to boost progress in strength, fitness, and body composition on a limited amount of time each week.
