We recently developed this plan for athletes who have had some trouble with injury in the past and more recent times and require a month of low intensity, correctional work to allow the body to rest, recover, realign, and negate the effects of bad lifting habits and movement patterns. This plan goes back to the basics and is a general 30 day progression that focuses on mobility, positional strength, and increasing the structural integrity of connective tissue. It calls for three days of correctional work in the gym and two days of low intensity aerobic work either in the gym or out of the gym to help maintain a solid aerobic base.
