Structural & Correctional III
This program is the third installment of our Structural/ Correctional plan series which has been an enormous success for a number of remote clients. We have worked with athletes and operators who are coming off of an injury or are looking to increase mobility and structural integrity while maintaining strength levels. Connective tissue grows three times slower than muscle tissue and that needs to be addressed during a recovery period or re-injury is more likely to occur. As with the V.2 plan, this third version builds on the previous plan in terms of overall volume.
