No Gear Mass Gain & Speed II

This plan is a continuation of the original No Gear Mass Gain & Speed plan. The original plan was written to provide a lot of working volume to maintain strength and speed due to facilities being closed and unavailable during the COVID-19 outbreak. As with all of our part two plans, it builds on it’s predecessor in terms of volume, intensity, and variation.
