Structural & Correctional II

This program is a follow-up for our basic Structural & Correctional plan. For some, a simple 30 day plan focusing on structural work is not enough to return them to 100% functionality. This particular plan offers another stepping stone with a bit more volume and intensity to ease back into a full speed training program. Like the first plan, it offers plenty of structural work and offers more strength endurance in order to build work capacity and overall strength.
